Ensuring the safe and proper use of our candles is our number one priority and we advise you to follow the steps below.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended

• Never burn a candle for longer than 4 hours at a time

• Burn candle out of reach of children and pets

• Always leave at least 10cm between burning candles

• Do not burn candles on or near anything that may catch fire

• Do not place candles in a draught

• Trim wick to 5mm before lighting

• Don't burn a candle all the way down.  We recommend leaving 5mm of wax in the container

• Always snuff out the candle. Do not blow out

• Keep the wax pool clear and clear of matches and other debris to avoid flaring

You can find safety instructions on the base of all our candles and if you're ever unsure please do get in touch and we'll be happy to help. 

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after recieving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you recieved it, unused and in its original packaging.  You'll also need the reciept or proof of purchase.

To start a refund you can contact us at clairepalastanga@yahoo.co.uk, and we will send you a return address.  Postage will be at the buyers expense and initial posting costs will not be refunded.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We ship UK orders within 1 - 3 working days after an order is placed.  All standard deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class and can usually be expected within 2 - 4 business days.
